Professor Jo
Co-founder of Kanto and the calm half of the operation. Jo keeps youth events running to time, teaches new players their first turns, and makes sure every parent knows exactly what's happening and when. Jo is a very long term player and avid collector. If it's by Pokemon , she'll have it! Doodles is a fountain of knowledge and enthusiasm.
Professor Lee
Father to Drew, TCG player (poorly) of Pokemon & Riftbound. Undertook the professor program, after attending a pre-release with Drew and wanted to make it possible for others to enjoy the game. Co-founder of Kanto. I handle the sanctioning, the prize tables and the tech — and hands out more free packs than is strictly sensible. If something at an event works suspiciously well, it's probably my fault.
Kanto is run by two professors who wanted somewhere their own kids could play properly: real tables, taught rules, named tickets, and prize support that actually turns up. We set up wherever Colchester will have us, teach anyone who sits down, and hand out more free packs than is strictly sensible.
